Working with both Estate Agents and Vendors, we are able to offer the perfect aerial promotional videos to increase prospective purchaser interest and reduce their multiple viewings. An aerial photograph grabs potential buyer’s attention. It gives the clearest insight in to a property’s location, environment and special features. Whether it’s a beautiful riverside property or a sprawling countryside manor house an aerial photograph will enhance the listing. We take instruction from either the homeowner directly or Estate Agents. The minimum charge is £95 per property plus travel expenses. Base Price £95 - includes the following: • Up to 1 hour on site filming at client's location • Handover of all unedited film & images (Google Drive link) • Editing - 5 images (cropping, resizing, add borders etc) • The first 25 miles from Kettering • Air traffic clearance & permission checks • £2M third party insurance cover There is always a cost saving when shooting multiple properties on the same day for Estate Agent.
